2 artichokes
2 zucchini
salt
garlic
oil
pepper
Parmesan cheese
Sautè 2 garlic cloves in a non-stick pan.
Remove the garlic and add the two artichokes cleaned and chopped.
Let the artichokes simmer for a few minutes stirring often then add the two zucchinis sliced thin.
Add, as needed, a little hot water and salt. Cook until done.
