1 CLOVE GARLIC
3 TBS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
In a pan add oil and a garlic clove, add the sausage and mushrooms and slowly simmer
for about 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water.
When the pasta is ready, drain and place directly in the pan and mix for 1 minute.
